- If you have a direct connection to the internet, click hereto download Silverlight from Microsoft.
- A dialog should appear asking 'Do you want to run or save this file?' or something similar. It varies from browser to browser. Please save the file.
- After the file is saved, run the file. There may be a 'Run' button somewhere, or you may have to double-click the file. It varies from browser to browser.
- You may be asked 'are you sure you want to open this file?'. Please click 'OK' or 'Run'.
- A bright blue Silverlight dialog should appear. Click 'Install now'.
- You may see a screen that says 'Enable Microsoft Update'. If so, uncheck the 'Enable Microsoft Update' box and hit the 'Next >' button.
- An 'Installation successful' screen should appear. Click the 'Close' button.
- You are now ready to run syngo Dynamics Portal. Click here to begin.

I spent the next hour uninstalling and reinstalling Silverlight to no avail. I finally gave up and watched it on Safari. But I prefer to use Firefox.
